This form is for Instructors who want to make PERMENANT change to a class schedule. This schedule update will only show up on the new set of child classes generated after the subscription renewal. Existing child classes will NOT be updated as you can update them yourself.

This form is for Instructors who MISSED updating the attendance tracker. You can request a change of a particular class status from expired to active.
